The section for Applied Botany studies plants and searches for ways we can use them. In various workshops, we learn how to make DIY natural creams, face masks, and other natural cosmetics. We study easy alternatives for a healthy, varied diet.
On one-day trips near and around Zagreb, we identify and collect edible, but also medicinal plants and talk about ideas on how to include them in our diet. We explore interesting stories and legends about plants and learn about their name origins.
